PayPal provides your buyers a safer and quicker way to pay for goods and services. With your PayPal business account, you can now accept more forms of payment, wherever you do business.
Your PayPal business account
This page explains how to use your PayPal account to manage your PayPal transactions, withdraw funds, and provides tips for managing customer inquiries.

In your account you can view your most recent transactions on the first page. Simply click on a transaction to view more details. To view older transactions, click on the History tab to view transactions for the past week, month or quarter or define a custom period. You can also filter transactions by type or currency.
You can also view monthly statements. To export your transaction history, click file type next to Download.

Once you’ve received the payments in your PayPal account, you can choose to withdraw them to your bank account or pay your suppliers.
There are several ways to withdraw your funds:1. Withdraw USD to your bank account in Mainland China. It normally takes 3 - 7 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
If you haven’t already linked a bank account, you’ll need to do that first. When you choose this option, we deduct a withdrawal fee of $35.00 USD from your withdrawal amount. Download instructions to link a bank account
To withdraw funds, log in to your PayPal account and click on the Money tab, then Withdraw Money and Wire transfer funds to your Mainland China bank account. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and select which of your bank accounts you would like to withdraw the money to and click Continue. Check your withdrawal information and click Submit.
2. Other ways to withdraw funds
You can also choose to withdraw funds to your bank account in Hong Kong, China or the US. When you withdraw HKD denominated funds of $1,000.00 HKD or more to your bank in Hong Kong, China, there is no withdrawal fee. It's free to withdraw USD denominated funds to banks in the US. It normally takes 3 - 6 business days for the funds to appear in your banks.

Managing account notifications
You can select when to receive email notifications from PayPal. For example when you receive a payment, send a payment or when a secondary user makes changes to your account.
To update when you receive these alerts:
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Click Profile and then click Settings
- Select Update next to Notifications
- Choose your alerts and click Save
How to issue refunds
It’s easy to issue full or partial refunds of transactions in your PayPal account. You can issue a refund up to 60 days after a transaction.
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Select the transaction you wish to refund
- Click Issue refund
- Enter details of refund and click Continue
- Check details of refund and then click Issue refund
Update your statement name
Make sure the business name that appears on your customer’s credit card statement accurately reflects your business. This is particularly important if you operate under a trading name that’s different to your PayPal account name.
To check and update your statement name:
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Click Profile, then select Selling Tools
- Select Update next to Credit card statement name
- Make any necessary changes and click Save
