Just like signing up for a bank account, you just need to confirm your identity to get full access to your account and send, receive and withdraw funds.
You need to go to PayPal Resolution Center and upload the required documents according to your account type and nationality. See below for the document information.
Log in to your account and go to the Resolution Center.
Click on “Go to Account Limitations“.
Click “Resolve“ beside each required steps and follow the instructions.
