AMENDMENTS TO THE DONATION DELIVERY POLICY

A summary of changes follows:

1. We added a provision that’s currently in our Charity User Agreement into the Donation Delivery Policy to clarify that, in the event any donations are refunded or cancelled after PayPal Giving Fund has granted funds to the recommended charity, PayPal Giving Fund may elect to deduct the refunded amount from a future payout to that charity.

AMENDMENTS TO THE CHARITY USER AGREEMENT

1. We have made minor edits to the policy to clarify that the policy applies to enrolled charities only.

1. We made an update to make it clear our official donation receipt will include information provided by the donor, and PayPal Giving Fund is relying on the donor to provide accurate information.

AMENDMENTS TO THE DONATION REFUND POLICY

A summary of changes follows:

1. We updated the language to clarify the circumstances needed to qualify for refunds, and provide more information about how errors in a donation (e.g., wrong charity selected to benefit) may be corrected, including partner-specific information.
